Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience working on ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or major GCC Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of oil & gas project estimation and EPC processes.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., SAP, WinEst, etc.).
Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
