Key Responsibilities:
Study architectural/structural drawings and specifications.
Estimate material quantities, labor costs, and other associated expenses.
Prepare formal proposals/quotations in Excel or Word to be submitted to clients.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sales executives for clarification and negotiation.
Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing timely and accurate cost breakdowns and technical input.
Suggest economical and practical solutions based on project requirements.
Maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors for accurate estimations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in steel structure estimation and proposal preparation.
Familiarity with structures like steel sheds, pergolas, tensile shades, tents, etc.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with estimation tools is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UAE or GCC is preferred
