Job Title: Proposal Engineer - Water and Waste Water Treatment.

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Experience: 2-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare basic treatment schemes and select process schemes.

2. Design and engineer parameters for Waste Water Treatment Plants (ETP, STP), Water Treatment Plants, Softener, UF, RO, and DM Plants.

3. Develop process design calculations and design basis reports.

4. Create techno-commercial proposals.

5. Estimate costs for proposals and project budgets.

6. Perform mass balance and flow balance of processes.

7. Prepare process flow diagrams using AutoCAD.

8. Participate in e-tendering and offline tendering.

9. Prepare technical and commercial bid proposals with required documentation.

10. Review project requirements and client specifications.

11. Compare major equipment with sub-vendor coordination.

12. Conduct site visits, technical and commercial meetings, and internal proposal review meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a proposal engineer or in a similar role.

Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment industry practices is advantageous. Graduate/Post-Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

AutoCAD knowledge is essential.
