for a

Proposal Engineer (Infrastructure)

with a solid background in Civil Engineering and strong experience in handling proposals for major UAE authorities and private developers.

Position: Proposal Engineer - Infrastructure

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

? Experience:

5-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze RFP documents, client requirements, and project scopes. Develop complete

technical and commercial proposals

aligned with client expectations and company objectives. Prepare accurate

cost estimates

and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required inputs. Ensure all proposal submissions strictly follow

client RFP formats, instructions, and checklists

. Draft clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal documents. Prepare detailed

subcontractor scopes

, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to secure timely quotations. Prepare and deliver professional proposal

presentations

to clients and stakeholders. Attend and participate in

technical and commercial meetings

with consultants and client representatives. Compile and prepare documents for

tenders and comprehensive bid submissions

. Maintain communication with

clients, suppliers, and internal teams

to ensure smooth proposal development.

? Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of UAE authorities' and private developers' RFP requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines. Proficient in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and capable of creating high-quality presentations. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
