Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Proposal Engineer
to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals in response to client inquiries and tenders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions that align with company objectives.Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze RFPs, tender documents, and client specifications. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and compliance matrices. Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and finance teams for accurate data collection. Develop pricing strategies and perform risk assessments. Ensure proposals meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain proposal documentation and templates for continuous improvement. Support client presentations and negotiations when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). 2+ years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, or similar roles. Strong technical writing and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
