JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all ITB/Bids are well received, documented and well evaluated. Define the work scope and work on the timeline provided. Ensure that all company's procedures and checklists are followed before finalizing each and every ITB. Fully understand project requirement and Sub-contractor responsibilities. To liaise with relevant Departments within the organization efficiently. To liaise, meet and correspond with Client whenever required to optimize the proposal. To check and sign all compliance documents before submission to Client on a timely.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

Min Degree in any Technical Qualification. At least one (2) years of full-time experience in commercial, proposal and estimation, preferably on project and construction related works. Fresh graduates with strong academic qualification are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of commercial and technical bidding process. Ability to work independently with good problem solving skill and an attention to details. Able to work as a team and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal and communications skills and require to liaise with vendors, suppliers and Clients. Self-motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure and long hours.
