Prepare accurate costs and tenders for major coating and fabrication works for onshore and offshore pipeline & structural
projects. Be responsible for enquiries from their receipt of enquiry to signing of contracts and handing over to Customer Service
Department for execution.

What youll do
Review tender documents including technical specifications, contractual terms, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with factory teams and global partners to prepare accurate cost estimates and standard rates.
Compile and submit commercial and technical bids with profitability analysis and management approvals.
Communicate with clients for clarifications, updates, and amendments related to tender documentation.
Collaborate with BD, CSD, and ISC teams to ensure scope alignment and on-time bid delivery.
Manage and update Salesforce, quotation logs, project trackers, and related documentation.
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and OSHAD standards and actively support HSE initiatives.

What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-12 years of experience in Oil & Gas or steel fabrication/coating industries.
Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical specifications, and commercial documentation.
Proven ability to independently manage bids and support sales teams in securing strategic projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
