Proposal Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals for projects. Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project management) to gather necessary information for proposals. Analyze project requirements and scope to prepare accurate cost estimates. Ensure proposals comply with client specifications and company standards. Maintain a database of proposals and monitor submission deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years of GCC experience in proposal preparation in the construction industry. Strong understanding of project costing, BOQ, and tender documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
