Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field). 5-10 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms. Proven track record in
managing and preparing technical & financial proposals
. Strong knowledge oftendering processes
, including PQs, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and client requirements. Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools. Preferred: Experience with international consultancy firms, FIDIC contracts, UAE/GCC procurement rules, and governmental tender portals.Responsibilities
Lead and manage
end-to-end proposal preparation
(technical + financial). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure submissions meetclient requirements and deadlines
. Overseepre-qualification, compliance, and quality control
of all proposals. Maintain strong communication with clients during bid stages. Supervise proposal engineers, ensuringbranding, formatting, and compliance
