Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Valuer at 34 Real Estate Valuation. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting property appraisals, valuations, and assessments. You will communicate with clients, gather relevant data and information, analyze market trends, and prepare comprehensive property valuation reports. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide accurate and reliable property valuations. Qualifications
- RICS mandatory
- Strong knowledge of property valuation techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and international valuation standards
- Ability to gather and analyze relevant market data
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proficiency in property valuation software and tools
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Real estate valuer: 3 years (Required)
- RICS Certification (Required)
