Are you an expert in real estate valuation with a sharp eye for true market value?

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and experienced Property Valuator to join our dynamic team.

Your Role Will Include:

Valuate land plots and properties before publishing them on portals. Ensure every property listing is accurately priced and well-presented. Maintain full control over listings credit for Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut. Support the team by reviewing every property internally before it goes live. Help educate and convince owners of the realistic market price -- securing more trust and faster deals. Assist in driving more business by optimizing pricing and property positioning.

Requirements:

Solid experience in real estate valuation (land + built properties). Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and real estate trends. Understanding of listing platforms and credit usage (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder). Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence. Arabic speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
