Job Description
Create and maintain lease agreements for tenants as per the standard required Maintaining tenant legal document renewal updates Maintaining a healthy supportive relationship with tenants and clients Monthly Lease Agreement Report for all properties managed by the company Ensure Customer Satisfaction is high by ensuring quick response Site Visit for properties. Following up on inspection prior to and post tenant moving Responsible for all lease renewals and notifying of tenants Qualification: Previous experience in the field QID/ NOC Required Job Type: Full-time Salary: From QAR4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have a valid Qatar Driving License?
