Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote a premium selection of residential and commercial properties
Build rapport quickly and consult with clients to understand and exceed their expectations
Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
Conduct viewings and presentations with professionalism and confidence
Negotiate, close, and manage the full sales process from prospect to handover
Stay informed on market trends, developments, and pricing strategies
Partner with marketing and CRM teams to maximize listing exposure and engagement
Who You Are
A natural salesperson with a strong background in high-performance sales (real estate, luxury, finance, tech, etc.)
Highly persuasive, confident, and articulate in client interactions
Competitive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a hunger to succeed
Professional in presentation and committed to delivering excellence
Currently based in Dubai and available for full-time, in-office work
