We are looking Experience Property Consultant to join our company as follows:
- Smart and Presentable candidates.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events.
- Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations.
- Compare a property similar property that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts.
- Organize and oversee open houses.
- Advise clients about mortgage options and help them requisite paperwork\xe2\x80\x99s to expedite the home buying process.
- Strong sense of responsibility and aggressive.
- Intense Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Industry.
- Good Communication skills in English is a MUST.
- Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends.
- Proven experience in the Dubai real estate. (2 years preferred)
- UAE drivers\xe2\x80\x99 license
- Social Media presence
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- RERA license. (optional)
- Female (preferably)
- Performance & Salary review in six months
