Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Property Specialist to join our dynamic Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate is client?focused, proactive, and experienced in the UAE real estate market. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties while representing one of the region's leading real estate brokerages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
Source new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow?ups with prospective clients.
Provide accurate market insights, pricing guidance, and investment advice.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and clients.
Prepare and review tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and required documentation in line with UAE regulations.
Ensure all property listings are accurate, updated, and marketed effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and a customer?centric mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Real estate certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
