Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable
Property Specialist
to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales capabilities, a client?focused approach, and the ability to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through property transactions with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties across Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company?provided leads.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, new launches, and community developments.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a target?driven environment.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage; training is provided.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
UAE driving license preferred.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
