Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market property listings to potential buyers and tenants.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
Negotiate deals and prepare necessary contracts and documentation.
Maintain updated knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends in Abu Dhabi.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of UAE real estate experience
(sales or leasing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems and online property portals.
Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market and regulations.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
