Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities for the company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai, UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
