, which involves developing, managing and driving a Sales & Tele Sales team to achieve their goals within the Real Estate field.Key Responsibilities
Lead, monitor, and achieve
KPIs & targets
for Sales and Telesales teams. Develop and executehigh-impact sales strategies
to drive new business. Conductdaily team briefings
covering pipelines, projects, and FAQs. Holdregular one-to-one coaching sessions
to support individual performance. Drive team participation innew project launches and developer events
. Deliverhands-on sales training
for calls, emails, and client meetings. Ensuredaily call targets (100+ calls per agent)
are consistently met. Build and manage astructured onboarding & training program
for new agents. Ensure achievement ofweekly and monthly sales targets
.Candidate Profile
Strong leadership personality with
high ethics, discipline, and positive energy
. Excellenttime management and organisational
skills. Minimum2+ years of proven real estate sales experience
in the UAE. Confident communicator with clients and teams.Fluent in English
(spoken and written). Holds avalid UAE driving licence

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Experience:
Dubai Real Estate: 2 years (Required) Managing Real Estate Team: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
