We are looking to hire a well-experienced, confident & dynamic Sales Executive who will act as an influencer, using his\\her strong communication skills and social media savvy to generate sales. He\\She will engage potential customers using both inbound and outbound business development techniques to proactively match our solutions to their business challenges. This role is critical to building new business opportunities to fuel our growth in market and Enterprise segments. The position has COMMISSION as an advantage on salary. Responsibilities:
  • Able to lead sales.
  • Responsible for taking appointments and follow-up meetings.
  • Creating email correspondence to enhance client communication and maintain a sales calendar.
  • Answering calls, logged messages, and/or transferring calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
  • Coordinating with the sales team by managing calendars, organizing client files and documents, and communicating client information to representatives, management, or other staff as needed.
  • Responding to customer inquiries/ complaints.
  • Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems or working with renewal executive to inform clients of delays and problems.
  • Attending meetings with sales/marketing team at client place.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends, changes in demand, etc.
  • Organizing sales by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
  • Maintaining contact list and updates.
  • Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent degree in sales.
  • 4-5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Self-confidence and a good speaker.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Able to maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer application knowledge.
  • Follow and be abreast of the latest in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Experience:
