**We offer a very attractive commission scheme and basic salary (up to 4,000 AED). (Package to be discussed upon the interview)** (Should have at least 1year minimum of REAL ESTATE SALES/LEASING CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE!!) Work with a trusted brokerage firm, Hero Real Estate L.L.C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent / sell and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success. Responsibilities:

• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
• Maintain your real estate knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately join our team
• Experience with sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property.
• 1-2 years' of Real Estate Sales or Leasing Consultant experience
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication skills
