Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Resale Consultant
to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
secondary market sales
and a deep understanding of the local real estate market. This role offers an attractive
salary package
(AED 6,000 - 8,000) and
high commission
based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expertise:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the
secondary real estate market
in Abu Dhabi to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering them the best resale property options.
Property Listings:
Source, list, and present resale properties that meet client needs and market demand.
Negotiation:
Effectively negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation, networking, and client follow-ups.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and competition to provide expert advice to clients.
Documentation & Contracts:
Handle all related paperwork, contracts, and documentation to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of
2-3 years of experience
in the
secondary real estate market
(resale properties) in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, particularly in resale transactions.
Communication:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both
Arabic and English
.
Sales-Oriented:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Self-Motivated:
Strong work ethic, goal-driven, and proactive in generating new leads.
Real Estate License:
Holding a valid UAE real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.
