We are looking for a motivated real estate agent.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least one year of successful sales experience or experience in client service;
Optimistic mindset and high level of empathy;
Strong communication skills;
Willingness for continuous learning and development;
Proficiency in written and spoken English at least intermediate level;
Current based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct negotiations (offline, online), make direct sales;
Identify and present suitable real estate options based on client preferences;
Coordinate transactions and document flow for transactions;
Develop your personal brand and social networks with the help of our marketing specialists;
Simplify transaction processes and ensure proper documentation;
Development of a personal brand and comprehensive customer support at all stages of the transaction.
