for one of our esteemed clients in Mesaimeer, Qatar. Please find the job details below:

Job Title:

Property Manager

Location:

Mesaimeer Office, Doha, Qatar

Working Hours:

9 Hours per Day, Sunday to Thursday

Weekly Off:

Friday and Saturday (Saturday may be working in case of urgency)

Salary:

Up to QAR 22,000 (Non-Negotiable / No FAT)

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 Years as a Property Manager

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Property Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large-scale property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing real estate operations, tenant relations, financial oversight, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties Supervise a team of at least 20 staff members Conduct regular property inspections; coordinate maintenance and repair works Handle tenant interactions, including complaints, leasing, and formal communication Prepare and manage property budgets and financial reports Ensure properties are secure by overseeing safety and monitoring systems Draft formal letters in both Arabic and English Coordinate with external entities such as Kahramaa and insurance companies Ensure compliance with Real Estate Qatari law and all contractual obligations Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office for reporting and management Manage tender documentation and procurement activities Interview tenants and ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups Lead and supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Minimum of

5 years' experience

as a Property Manager Strong working knowledge of property regulations and accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate ERP systems Fluent in

English and Arabic

(both spoken and written) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Presentable and professional demeanor Prior experience with

Kahramaa

,

insurance companies

, and

tender documentation

Familiarity with

Qatari real estate laws

and contractual obligations Capable of writing formal letters in Arabic and English Must be

currently residing in Doha, Qatar

Only candidates based in Doha, Qatar will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
