Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Professional certification in Facility Management.
Minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in property or operations management, with a focus on retail, malls, F&B, or hospitality environments.
Experience in managing high-traffic commercial or mixed-use developments, especially malls, will be a strong advantage.
Candidates should have prior experience in a comprehensive Operations or Property Manager role, beyond traditional Facility Management responsibilities, with strong oversight of day-to-day property operations.
GCC experience is preferred, with strong familiarity with local regulations, retail operations, and tenant coordination.
Must have a solid background in managing both Hard and Soft FM services, including: MEP system | HVAC | Cleaning and Housekeeping | Security and Access Control | Landscaping and Pest Control
Proven ability to manage service contracts, including budgets, KPIs, and SLAs.
Experienced in working with retail tenants, F&B outlets, and outsourced service providers, ensuring high standards and full compliance.
