We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee our community mall operations while managing the leasing portfolio for our commercial properties. This role combines operational excellence with strategic leasing to maximize occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Mall Operations & Facilities Management
Oversee daily mall operations including security, cleaning, maintenance, and FM activities.
Develop and implement operational policies ensuring compliance with RERA and Dubai Municipality regulations
Plan and execute mall events, promotions, and marketing activities to enhance customer experience
Tenant Management & Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with mall tenants and commercial property occupants
Monitor tenant performance, lease compliance, and optimize tenant mix for revenue maximization
Coordinate tenant onboarding, resolve disputes, and oversee lease renewals and rent collection
Commercial Property Leasing
Generate leads and promote properties through online platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and manage the complete leasing cycle
Prepare marketing materials and optimize listings to achieve occupancy targets
Financial Management
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and analyze performance metrics with data-driven insights
Monitor revenue streams including rent collection, common area charges, and promotional fees
Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
4-6 Years of experience in mall management and commercial property leasing in Dubai
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and Dubai Municipality requirements
Proven track record in tenant relations, lease negotiations, and achieving occupancy targets
Proficiency in property management software, online listing platforms, and MS Office Suite

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
