, managing tenant relations, handling contracts, maintenance, and ensuring high occupancy levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and termination processes.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
Ensure timely rent collection and follow-up on arrears.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports.
Resolve tenant complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of property operations and finances.
Stay updated on legal regulations and compliance related to property management.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in property management.
Strong experience handling
multiple units and multiple landlords
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate Rental laws and regulations in the UAE.
Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Arabic language is a Plus.
Salary & Benefits:
AED 5000 - 10,000 per month (based on experience)
Other benefits as per UAE labor law
