Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Property Manager

to oversee daily operations and ensure the profitability and smooth functioning of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have

3-5 years of experience

in property management and be

fluent in Arabic, English, Hindi, and Urdu

.

This is a

managerial position

reporting directly to the

property owner

, with responsibilities across leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties Supervise property staff and service providers Handle leasing, renewals, and tenant move-ins/outs Resolve tenant concerns and maintain strong tenant relationships Oversee maintenance and ensure timely repairs and compliance with regulations Collect rent and manage arrears Prepare regular reports on financial performance, occupancy, and maintenance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Ensure compliance with local laws and building codes

Qualifications

3-5 years of property management experience

(Required)

Fluent in Arabic, English, Hindi, and Urdu

(Required) Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks Knowledge of property laws and local regulations Experience with property management software (preferred) Ability to work independently and report directly to ownership
