Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant management, maintenance coordination, budget management, and ensuring legal compliance. The role involves regular communication with tenants, property owners, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. This role has a base salary plus commission.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, tenant management, and maintenance coordination
Strong organizational and budget management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in property management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
