About the Role

We are seeking a

reliable Property Manager

to oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, timely rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential/commercial units Conduct regular property inspections and ensure units are well-maintained Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and condition reports Oversee service providers, facility management teams, and cleaners

Tenant Relations

Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Ensure timely communication regarding renewals, notices, and maintenance updates Collect rent, issue receipts, and follow up on delayed payments Handle lease renewals, contract negotiations, and termination processes

Financial Management

Monitor rent collection and co-ordinate with accounts for income/expense reports Track budgets, service charges, and utility payments Ensure owners receive timely financial statements and property updates

Maintenance Coordination

Respond promptly to maintenance requests Liaise with contractors and vendors for repair works Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and within budget Maintain records of work orders and service contracts

Legal & Compliance

Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and tenancy laws in Dubai Prepare and review tenancy contracts, Form F, Ejari registrations Manage disputes and coordinate with legal advisors when required

Requirements

1-2+ years of property management experience in Dubai or UAE Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA guidelines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., PropSpace, MyCRM) and MS Office Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory) Own VISA preferred
