Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial buildings.
Ensure all facilities, equipment, and utilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety and building regulations.
Coordinate maintenance staff and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
Manage building certifications such as
Civil Defense
,
insurance renewals
, and other regulatory documents.
2. Tenant Relations & Leasing
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate leases, and oversee renewals and terminations.
Ensure timely rent collection and issue notices for late payments.
Maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure retention and reduce vacancy rates.
3. Financial & Administrative Management
Prepare monthly property reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
Approve and monitor property-related invoices and payments.
Assist in annual budget preparation and ensure cost control.
Record and update all property, tenant, and maintenance data in the system.
4. Legal & Compliance
Handle
eviction processes
, coordinate with
police and court authorities
, and represent the company in legal matters related to tenants when required.
Ensure all lease agreements, notices, and procedures comply with UAE tenancy laws and regulations.
Maintain records of all government submissions, contracts, and approvals.
5. Public Relations & Communication
Represent the company professionally with tenants, owners, government entities, and vendors.
Liaise with municipalities, civil defense, and property registration authorities as needed.
Promote company reputation and service quality in the community.
