Job Description

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall management, leasing, and operations of commercial and retail properties. The role requires strong leadership, tenant relations, financial reporting, and marketing expertise to ensure maximum occupancy, profitability, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day property management and leasing operations. Manage tenant relationships effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and rent collection in line with company policies. Monitor and report on key metrics such as rent collection, revenue forecasting, and variance analysis against budget. Coordinate and manage mall or retail operations, including maintenance, safety, and vendor management. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants and drive footfall. Plan and manage seasonal promotions, marketing campaigns, and community engagement events. Collaborate with finance and management teams to prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue projections. Lead and supervise property management staff, ensuring accountability and operational efficiency. Handle crisis and conflict situations promptly and effectively. Ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and presentable at all times. Support senior management with corporate-level property decisions and strategic initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in property and leasing management, preferably in the UAE retail market. Proven negotiation and tenant management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in marketing, event management, and crisis handling. Team management and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in preparing analytical and financial reports. Presentable, proactive, and result-oriented personality. UAE Driving License is mandatory.
