Managing Happy Tenant system such as uploading contracts, landlord documents and all other documents /payments related to the property management. Pay bills of serviced units and vacant properties (DU & Etisalat, Dewa & AC, Service charges, etc.) Prepare utility calculation for new tenant / request for refund if necessary/applicable, and record to Landlord accounts in Happy Tenant. Application and Renewal of Ejari Management contract of managed properties. Update details of Owner to ERES for Ejari issuance purposes. Collect final bills of tenant who move-out from the property & make utilities calculation, if necessary, for Refundable Security Deposit purposes Rsd from drafting, confirming with accounts and send to Landlord once confirmed Utility Management, such as utility connection, reconnection, coordinate to the building management Forward proof of payment of paid service charge to building management for references and receipt issuance Preparing Landlord\xe2\x80\x99s NOC for tenants or any other requirement renewal of tenancy contracts, related receipts, and move-in requests in the building, any agreements Follow up and update expired documents of tenants, landlords and overdue payments Follow up tenants whose tenancy contracts will be ending soon/ overdue and send email reminders Check rental increase calculator before tenancy contract expiration and send to the Landlords Deposit rental cheques and mark as paid in Happy Tenant once cleared, managing bounced cheques and collecting Drafting calculation for Early termination and tenancy contract extension Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
