Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team in Ajman. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day leasing operations, managing leases, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leases and lease administration processes efficiently.
- Conduct residential & commercial leasing activities, including property showings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
- Handle day-to-day operations related to property management and leasing.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, and customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective leasing strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and property inventory and maintenance requests and records.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing and property management, preferably in the Ajman region.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Familiarity with all aspects of leasing processes and day-to-day operations.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and residential leasing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
