Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Review insurance policies to determine coverage, exclusions, and limits. Estimate repair costs using industry-standard methods. Analyze damage assessments to determine claim validity and settlement amounts. Resolve disputes related to coverage, liability, and repair costs. Maintain accurate records of claims activities.
Requirements:
3-5 years in property loss adjusting or related field. Strong background in property insurance claims. Experience with complex or large-loss property claims. * Role involves office work and fieldwork.
