Hiring Now: Listing Agent - Abu Dhabi | No Real Estate Experience Needed !

Are you ambitious, confident, and ready to build a successful career in real estate?

We're looking for Listing Agents who are motivated, presentable, and eager to grow even if you're fresh to the industry. Full training is provided.

Key Requirements

Fresh to real estate no real estate experience required.

-Currently residing in the UAE and familiar with UAE work culture.

-Willing to work and relocate to Abu Dhabi.

-Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Strong Microsoft Office and basic CRM/system skills.

- Professional, polished, and confident in client?facing situations.

- UAE driving license + car (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through proactive communication.

- Schedule meetings with owners to assess properties, understand goals, and explain listing benefits.

- Provide owners with market analysis, including comparable listings, pricing trends, and strategies.

- Advise owners on the best listing approach (sale or rent) to maximize market value and appeal.

- Conduct property evaluations to recommend accurate listing prices or rental rates.

- Secure signed listing agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.

- Follow up regularly with owners to ensure satisfaction and address questions throughout the listing process.

- Keep owners updated on listing progress, market activity, and feedback from potential buyers/tenants.

- Collaborate with the Portal Listing Team to create high?quality online listings.

- Ensure professional photos, videos, and virtual tours are used to showcase properties effectively.

- Generate new listing leads through personal networks, industry contacts, and marketing efforts.

- Work closely with sales/leasing teams to negotiate offers, pricing, and terms.

- Ensure smooth negotiations and satisfaction for both owners and potential buyers/tenants.

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the listing and transaction process.

- Address concerns promptly to ensure a positive owner experience.

- Track and report listing performance: leads, viewings, offers, pricing changes, and market shifts.

- Provide regular updates to management on listing status and performance.
