Responsibilities:

You'll be the go-to person for finding potential clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect property--all with the goal of closing the deal. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be your secret weapon for success. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential buyers, investors, and current clients to understand their needs and deliver customized property solutions. Property Sales: Use your insider knowledge of Dubai's real estate market to sell off-plan and secondary properties, driving successful deals. Market Expertise: Stay on top of market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies to provide clients with top-notch advice. Negotiation: Sharpen your negotiation skills to ensure both buyers and sellers walk away satisfied with the deal. Documentation: Walk clients through every step of the buying process, handling all paperwork, legalities, and payment plans. Sales Targets: Consistently smash your targets and break records month after month!

Professional Presence: You present yourself smartly and professionally, always. Communication Skills: Fluent in English and great at connecting with people. Based in the UAE: Must be in the UAE to hit the ground running.
