Job Description
We are looking for Property Inspector/Engineers to join our team.
Experience is not a must -- what matters is your attention to detail, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Strong skills in preparing reports and documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge or interest in
Project Management and Asset Management
practices.Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Support in monitoring building assets, maintenance, and repairs.
Assist in coordinating with the team on project timelines, inspections, and documentation.
Contribute to property management and asset lifecycle tracking.
