Property Evaluator
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Evaluator to join our team. The role involves inspecting, analyzing, and evaluating properties to determine their current market value. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate trends, valuation methods, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and evaluate residential and commercial properties.
Research comparable properties, market conditions, and recent transactions.
Prepare detailed property valuation reports.
Collaborate with property managers, brokers, and clients.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in property valuation, appraisal, or real estate.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
