About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Property Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dubai's real estate market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leasing, and client relationship management, with in-depth knowledge of Dubai's property landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure potential buyers/tenants through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies. Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales/leases efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, pricing, and regulations. Collaborate with developers, landlords, and investors to expand property portfolio. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory). Valid RERA certification (preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus). Existing client database/network is an advantage.
