is a leading holiday home management company committed to offering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist guests from check-in to check-out.

Brief guests about the property and the facilities provided.

Coordinate with building reception staff for smooth and quick guest check-ins and check-outs.

Manage inventory checks during guest arrivals and departures.

Schedule and coordinate housekeeping for room readiness and turnover.

Regularly inspect units and keep the operations coordinator updated.

Coordinate and follow up on maintenance work with the relevant teams.

Handle inspections, inventory checks, and ensure connections for internet and gas in new units.

Manage property keys, petty cash, and handle minor purchases.

Collect rent, security deposits, and other necessary payments from guests.


Requirements:



Minimum 1 year experience in Holiday Homes or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Must be presentable and customer-service oriented.

Preferred Male Candidates.

Preferred Driving license
