We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Property Call Center team. As a Property Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries related to property management. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from tenants, landlords, and vendors regarding property management services, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and other inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints by troubleshooting issues and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by addressing their needs professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
  • Lease Administration: Assist tenants and landlords with lease-related inquiries, including lease terms, rent payments, lease renewals, and lease violations.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, service requests, and other relevant data into the property management system.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and property management practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with property managers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of property-related activities.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or property management roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using call center software, CRM systems, and other computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a positive manner.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Property Listing: 1 year (Required)
  • Real Estate Call Center: 1 year (Required)
