Key Responsibilities:
Property Listings & Coordination:
o Listing residential and commercial properties for
sale and rent
across internal systems and online platforms.
o Coordinating with owners to get
listing agreements signed
and ensuring accurate documentation.
Lead Generation & Follow-up:
o Conducting
cold calls
, including outreach to
green list contacts
and
developers
, to source new properties.
o
Adding leads to CRM
and maintaining accurate lead records for follow-up and tracking.
Client & Developer Communication:
o Acting as a point of contact for
inquiries, complaints
, and general client communication.
o Coordinating with developers for potential listings and collaboration opportunities.
Property Sourcing & Viewings:
o Identifying and
sourcing new properties
based on market trends and client needs.

Arranging property viewings
and ensuring proper coordination between clients and agents.
Financial Assessment:

Calculating rental income and expenses
to support investment evaluations and rental pricing.
Documentation & Admin Support:

Preparing forms
and paperwork related to listings, agreements, and viewings.
o Handling
admin work as assigned

Client & Task Management:

Keeping track of all clients
