We are looking for passionate and driven Property Advisors to join our dynamic team and represent some of the top master developers and real estate projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai property market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from leading Dubai developers.
Handle client inquiries and provide professional advice on Dubai real estate investments.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Work closely with the marketing and lead-generation team to follow up on qualified leads.
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic & English
Knowledge of Dubai real estate developers, communities, and projects.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred but not mandatory).
