Position: Property Consultant/Relationship ManagerClient: Leading Property DeveloperJob Responsibilitie \xc2\xb7 To generate sales through direct channels to achieve/exceed defined sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Achieve allocated sales targets through direct effort or via agents. \xc2\xb7 Meet prospecting targets by ensuring the required number of prospects per day. \xc2\xb7 Achieve tele-calling targets in terms of number of connected calls. \xc2\xb7 Maintain overall activity levels. \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. \xc2\xb7 Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. \xc2\xb7 Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients. \xc2\xb7 Letting customers know about other products the company offers. \xc2\xb7 Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts. \xc2\xb7 Achieving client relationship targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s as set by the Head of Sales. \xc2\xb7 Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration. \xc2\xb7 Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. \xc2\xb7 Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Skills &Criteria: - Good communication and presentation skills are a must. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and Job stability are a must from Real estate firms.
