About the Role:

We are a leading real estate firm in Dubai, seeking a dynamic

Property Consultant

to manage and serve our growing base of UK clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with a

neutral or British-accented English

and a passion for real estate and client service.

Responsibilities:

Manage property inquiries and build strong relationships with clients from the UK. Provide expert advice on the Dubai property market, investment opportunities, and legal processes. Arrange property viewings and conduct property tours. Negotiate and close sales/rentals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, listings, and regulations.

Requirements:

Preferably a Tagalog Speaker Excellent English communication skills with a clear and pleasant accent. Proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Create engaging property-related content (videos, reels, posts) for social media. Promote listings and personal brand on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Preferred:

Valid UAE driver's license. Experience dealing with UK clients or international clientele.
