Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and property inquiries.
Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
Negotiate and close property deals effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Fluent in Telugu and English
(Hindi is an advantage).
Prior experience in real estate or telesales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
