Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated

Property Consultant

with a strong background in

off-plan sales

to join our dynamic Dubai team. This is a full-time,

on-site

role involving direct client engagement, expert property advising, and participation in international property roadshows.

More than just a sales role, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value international clients and represent PSI at property exhibitions across Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, Monaco, and France.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand a portfolio of premium properties in Dubai. Advise clients on investment opportunities, market insights, and ROI strategies. Conduct property viewings and lead negotiations through to successful closures. Build and nurture long-term client relationships with exceptional service. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, and off-plan project launches. Collaborate with developers, landlords, and tenants to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Currently based in Dubai or planning to relocate within 7 days. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Urdu, Afghani, or Hindi is a major plus. Minimum of

1 year experience in real estate

, sales, customer service, or consulting. Confident, results-driven, and target-focused. Strong knowledge or experience in

off-plan properties

is highly desirable. Must hold a

valid UAE driving license
