Job Description

We are currently hiring Property Consultants / Leasing Agents for our Sharjah branch. We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling property viewings, tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties. Maintain updated client and property databases (CRM).
The candidate must have Experience in the real estate market and pricing strategies

Strong client communication skills

oHandle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.

Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sharjah's property market trends. Build and maintain strong client and landlord relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile

oMinimum 4 years of experience in real estate leasing in Sharjah

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of Sharjah's real estate market and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales/leasing targets. Team player with problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Real Estate: 4 year (Required)
Must have a uae driving licence

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi,( Arabic-will be an added advantage)

Location: Muweilah Commercial, Sharjah

Salary : AED 3,000 to AED4000
