The Role
Objectives: Off Plan Sales, Ready Properties Sales & Rentals Agent, Team Player, Team Leader, Sales Manager. Main responsibilities: For ready properties we need people to pick their location and become an expert and the specialist in that location. For off plan we will be working with hand full of developers, the sales executives need to call up the leads they receive and take necessary measures to turn the leads in to customers. Everyone will be given the chance to create their own team, be a leader followed by sales manager and director. Number required: 6 Duration: 2 years or more Desired start date: September or October 1st 2022 Probation: Paid 3 months Gross monthly base salary: 2700 Commission / Bonus: Commission 50/50 & Bonus on slab from 5% to 15% paid every month to the consultant. Requirements
Experience in real estate would be great, Must have high skills of sales & negotiations. No SHY person. Happy and positive character. Self motivated and hungry for success and growth. Must have UAE driving license
